Anger and anxiety are often symptoms of unresolved stress in the body.
In this live workshop, Eva will guide you through simple somatic techniques that help release stored stress and restore emotional balance.
This session includes both teaching and guided physical exercises, giving you practical tools you can start using straight away.
In this workshop you will learn how to:
- Build awareness of your internal state (interoception)
- Recognise stress patterns before they escalate
- Stop reacting impulsively and start responding with clarity and calm
- Use simple body-based techniques to release anger and anxiety

Hi, I'm Eva.
I hold a safe space for you to feel heard and seen, so you can resolve your blocks, and come alive!
If you want to recover from trauma, anxiety, rage, or panic attacks, I believe it's beneficial to work with someone who herself has lived with trauma, anxiety, rage, and panic attacks.
Being that someone, I can help you work through it all and come to a place of Ease and Comfort.
Also, if you use the 12 steps as part of your recovery, I have 35 years of sobriety and speak the language.
To be more balanced in your life, you need to understand how you and your body-mind are affected by your trauma.
