Focuses on enhancing self-awareness through listening and exploring and recognizing your body’s physical responses to different emotional states, teaching you to pay attention to whether you are in the present

Understanding the Brain-Body Connection
Explores how our brain and body interact, highlighting how past traumas can trigger strong reactions to current stimuli, showing how to identify and manage these triggers through improved self-awareness and understanding of your body's signals

Understanding What’s Really
Going On
Helps you see how past experiences and trauma shape your automatic reactions to current situations, teaching you how to identify your ingrained and unwanted patterns and leading to more appropriate and mindful responses

Setting Healthy Boundaries
Explore the concept of energetic and safe boundaries and how to set them effectively. This practice helps you establish and maintain your personal space, both physically and emotionally, while interacting with others.

Practicing Body-Mind Awareness

Hi, I'm Eva.
I hold a safe space for you to feel heard and seen, so you can resolve your blocks, and come alive!
If you want to recover from trauma, anxiety, rage, or panic attacks, I believe it's beneficial to work with someone who herself has lived with trauma, anxiety, rage, and panic attacks.
Being that someone, I can help you work through it all and come to a place of Ease and Comfort.
Also, if you use the 12 steps as part of your recovery, I have 35 years of sobriety and speak the language.
To be more balanced in your life, you need to understand how you and your body-mind are affected by your trauma.


I have been suffering with anxiety and had a couple of anxiety attacks over the years. I have tried counseling, meditation and of course anti-depressants but nothing really gets rid of the on - going triggers.
Eva took the group through a range of activities and gave us new ways to deal with anxiety situations. To my surprise the somatic approach is a really helpful technique. I felt that I learnt quite a few significant lessons today which I will practice from now on.
